From a mispeling of syndrome, with much the same meaning. Could be especially useful to refer to infractions related to the seven deadly sings. Can also involve generally immoral, unethical, or unlawful behavior. Enron (WorldCom, Global Crossing, Adelphia, etc.) Sindrom = Greed. Clinton Sindrom = Lust.
